Edward Walden, Jr., Executive Director, founded The JOSHUA Foundation in 2001. Mr. Walden is the main spokesperson for the foundation and responsible for all final financial and programmatic matters.

Chonda Walden, M.S., C.H.E.S., Deputy Director, supports the Executive Director in leading the foundation and managing its internal operations.
